Technical Lead – Product & Production Engineering

We are looking for a senior consultant for an assignment as Technical Lead in Product & Production Engineering at an international industrial customer in Helsingborg.

The consultant is given overall functional responsibility and leads and prioritizes the technical work for a cross-functional engineering team. The role has no formal personnel responsibility, but requires experience in leading technical work and creating progress between different functions.

We are looking for experience in:

• Electronics production/manufacturing industry
• Industrialization and NPI
• Engineering Changes/ECN
• PDM/PLM and SAP
• P-FMEA, DFM and structured improvement work
• Technical management and cross-functional work
• Meritorious knowledge in EMC, ESD, Lean/Six Sigma and production/test equipment

An engineering degree in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
