Senior SOLIDWORKS Electrical Routing

For an exciting development project with one of our partners, we are looking for an experienced consultant with strong expertise in SOLIDWORKS Routing / Electrical Routing.

The assignment involves establishing wiring and cabling solutions for a new product platform while ensuring that the right methodologies, structures, and best practices are implemented from the outset. You will provide guidance on routing, large and complex assemblies, configuration management, CAD structure, libraries, and reference management.

A key part of the role is also to coach and support the mechanical engineering team through knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices.

We are looking for a consultant with proven experience in:

• SOLIDWORKS Routing / Electrical Routing
• Large and complex assemblies
• Configuration-driven products
• Development of methodologies, standards, and engineering best practices

The ideal candidate can contribute both hands-on within the project and strategically by evaluating and improving engineering methodologies for future product development initiatives.
