Requirements Management Engineer

We are looking for a new Partner consultant who can support one of our important customers within requirement management.

To be suitable for the assignment we believe that you have a hich technical level covering a multi diciplinary field and specific knowledge and documentad expereince within requirements management, testing & verification.

You have a stregth in communication and a very structural way of working.

The position requires full time presence on site in Lund.

Technical area - System engineering especially related to requirement based verification and validation.

Special expertise needed - Deep knowledge and experience in Requirements Management.
Experience in working with a requirement database.

Scope of the assignment

• Responsible for developing and maintaining Target project’s database for requirement-based V&V (Verification & Validation). [Below defined as “V&V database”.]
• Responsible for performing analyses for improving and eliciting requirements (e.g. functional analyses, use cases analyses, stakeholder analyses).
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the data model in Target’s V&V database.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the database content in Targets V&V database.
• Responsible for providing guidance and support to Target’s development and test organization when utilizing the V&V database

Required education background and professional experience

Qualifications:

• Master of Science in engineering or equivalent
• Skills in requirement-based system engineering is mandatory.
• Skills in System Verification engineering is essential.
• Experience in working with a requirement database is essential.
• Experience in analysing and understanding system development from a holistic perspective is essential.
• Experience in the implementation of requirement management activities is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Experience in working with DOORS is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Experience in project management is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Experience in configuration management is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Experience in working within an international project is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Excellent oral and written English skills are a prerequisite due to the mix of nationalities at ESS.

Consultant will bring own computer and phone to the assignment.
